Theatre Training in the Ligonier Valley
Join us for our inaugural class, “Introduction to Performance” for ages 9-12.
Using established theatre games and beginner-friendly formal theatre techniques, this class explores proper vocal production, movement, relaxation, and all the corners of the imagination. Emphasis is on natural presentation, not exhibitionism. The skills learned during this class lay a solid foundation for continued work in scene study, character development, and performance.
Classes will be held at The Valley School of Ligonier beginning Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Class will be held each Wednesday for 9 weeks (through March 1o) from 4:30-6:00 pm. Classes are open to the public by registration.
All parents and friends are invited to a “works in progress” presentation during the March 10th class.
Class is limited to 20 students, registration fee is $50.00.
